1. Has 4 years work experiments at OSRAM, has good knowledge on the lighting field, especially the solid state lighting. Lacoste Shirts
2. Had finished two projects independently, and both of them are get the VDE approval.
3. Althought just have three years R&D experiments, but have accumulate a lot of pratice experiment.
1.The first year when graduated, I got the offer from OGZ (OSRAM Guangzhou), responsible for the component testing, analysis and approval. At this period, I grew fast and improved myself a lot. And my work is always completed on time. Further more, I accumulated a lot of practice knowledge on research & Development of lighting field. Cheap Lacoste Polo Shirts
2.Besides as a component analysis engineer after one year later, I was asked to manage SAP system, to support SAP component system management.
3.One year and half later, I was transferred to responsible for managing the engineering sample pilot, included charging the pilot schedule, test the samples according to internal instruction; communicate with project engineer and designer when the pilot is failure. During took up this job, I learned a lot of knowledge about product line. And these experiments help me to think about more detail things relevant to the capability on product line when design my product. And it makes my project transfer to product line much smoothly afterward.
4. After two years joined OGZ, he recommended himself to OSRAM Design Center China OSRAM. Lacoste Polo Shirts
5. The first project is a low watt LED driver for bulb, which is completed with the help from my mentor. It’s a nice project; its sales amount reached millions dollar at the first years. It also helps OSRAM to take up this market fast.
6. Since finished the first project successfully, I has second project design independently. He choice the solution accordingly internal guideline, finish the benchmark, component selection, magnetic part design, lifetime estimation and so on. Complete the safety issue with CE guys. Coordinate the project engineer to transfer the project to product line till mass production
